- PostBrain is a social media management platform that uses AI to learn your brand voice and generate authentic content. You provide your brand details, and The Brain creates content suggestions that match your tone and style. You review and approve everything before it gets published.
- How does PostBrain learn my brand voice?
- When you create a brand, PostBrain analyses your website content, existing social media presence, and any brand guidelines you provide. It builds a comprehensive brand steering guide that captures your tone, style, target audience, and messaging preferences. This guide ensures all generated content stays on-brand.
- Do I need any technical skills to use PostBrain?
- No. PostBrain is designed to be straightforward. You connect your social media accounts, set up your brand, and the AI handles the content creation. You just review and approve.
Content & Publishing
- Do I need to approve every post before it goes live?
- Yes. Every piece of content requires your explicit approval before it can be published. You maintain complete control over what gets posted to your social media accounts. You can edit, approve, or reject any suggestion.
- Can I edit AI-generated content before publishing?
- Absolutely. AI-generated content is a starting point. You can edit the text, change images, or rewrite anything before approving it for publication.
- What social media platforms do you support?
- Currently PostBrain supports X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook. We're actively working on adding Instagram and TikTok.
- Can the AI make mistakes?
- Yes. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, or unsuitable material. That's exactly why we require your review and approval before anything gets published. You are always the final gatekeeper.
Billing & Account
- How much does PostBrain cost?
- We offer several paid subscription plans to suit different needs. Visit our pricing page for current plans and pricing details.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- How do I delete my account?
- You can request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@postbrain.app. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of your request.
Privacy & Security
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted databases, HTTPS for all data transmission, and AWS KMS encryption for sensitive data like social media access tokens.
- Do you use my data to train AI models?
- No. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your brand information and content are only used to provide the service to you.
- Who can see my content before I publish it?
- Only you. Your brand data, generated content, and campaign details are private to your account. Content is shared with our AI providers solely for the purpose of generation, and with social media platforms only when you approve publication.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.
